On May 27, 2010, during the “American Jewish Heritage Month” celebration at the White House, Orthodox Rabbi David Nesenoff (rabbi@rabbilive.com) asked Helen Thomas, dean of the Washington Press corps, if she had any comments on the Israeli state. Thomas replied, “Tell them to get the hell out of Palestine…Remember, these people are occupied, and it’s their land; its not German, its not Poland’s.” She was then asked where the Judaics should go, to which she replied: “they should go home” to “Poland, Germany.” Then, after another question she added, “America and everywhere else.” The rabbi videotaped her remarks, and his video quickly achieved Internet notoriety with “viral” status.
Time magazine scribe Joe Klein termed her views “odious” and said she should no longer have the privilege, accorded by the White House Correspondents Association, of a front row center seat. Former George W. Bush Press Secretary Ari Fleischer, a neocon architect of the invasion of Iraq, said,”She should lose her job over this. As someone who is Jewish, and as someone who worked with her and used to like her, I find this appalling.” On May 30, Thomas was dropped by her speaker’s bureau, Nine Speakers. Walt Whitman High School in Bethesda, Maryland canceled Thomas’s commencement address.
Thomas apologized for her remarks on June 4. The Anti-Defamation League said the apology did not go far enough. Hearst News corporation, which has employed Thomas as a columnist for the past 10 years, issued a statement announcing her “retirement,” which Hearst said, was “effective immediately.”
Thomas has been covering the White House for fifty years, since 1960. She will mark her 90th birthday on Aug. 4. She was often the only White House reporter asking presidents probing questions about American and Israeli wars.
This writer is not aware of whether Helen Thomas has read Shlomo Sand’s The Invention of the Jewish People or Paul Wexler’s The Ashkenazic Jews: A Slavo-Turkic People in Search of a Jewish Identity. These books deliver a long overdue knockout punch to the laughable hoax that asserts that today’s descendants of the Khazars are the direct “Jewish” descendants of the ancient patriarchs Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Sand and Wexler document that the home of the Khazar impostor “Jews” is indeed, as Thomas implied, in eastern Europe, not Palestine.
Perhaps Miss Thomas was offering only a woman’s intuition, that the “Jews” of “Israel” are neither; that they have more in common with the Yiddish shetls of eastern Europe than the Biblical land of the Middle East. In either case, in America, candor — when it touches on myths sacred to the ruling class — is simply not permitted to the working guy or gal. The latter-days Diogenes will quickly be out of a job. Under American capitalism you have freedom of speech as long as you don’t care about eating.
A crusader for peace and an investigative journalist who refused to rubberstamp Bush’s ghastly war in Iraq, as did the entire White House Press corps on March 6, 2003, as documented by Bill Moyers, Thomas is now fodder for pompous discursive lectures on the venality of the goyim, camouflaged as human rights lessons, by the likes of columnist Richard Cohen (cohenr@washpost.com).
In “What Helen Thomas missed,” (Washington Post, June 8, 2010, p. A17), Mr. Cohen views the controversy as an opportunity to libel, from his lofty moral perch, Polish gentiles as thieves, murderers and haters, and General George Patton as an evil “bigot”:
“Ah, another teachable moment! This one comes to us from Helen Thomas, the longtime White House reporter and columnist who announced her retirement on Monday. Thomas, of Lebanese ancestry and almost 90, has never been shy about her anti-Israel views, for which, as far as I’m concerned, she is wrong and to which she is entitled. Then the other day, she performed a notable public service by revealing how very little she knew. Asked at a White House event if she had any comments about Israel, Thomas said, ‘Tell them to get the hell out of Palestine. . . . Go home. Poland. Germany. And America and everywhere else.’
“Well, I don’t know about ‘everywhere else,’ but after World War II, many Jews did attempt to ‘go home’ to Poland. This resulted in the murder of about 1,500 of them — killed not by Nazis but by Poles, either out of sheer ethnic hatred or fear they would lose their (stolen) homes.
“The mini-Holocaust that followed the Holocaust itself is not well-known anymore, but it played an outsize role in the establishment of the state of Israel. It was the plight of Jews consigned to Displaced Persons camps in Europe that both moved and outraged President Harry Truman, who supported Jewish immigration to Palestine and, when the time came, the new state itself.
“Something had to be done for the Jews of Europe. They were still being murdered. In the Polish city of Kielce, on July 4, 1946 — more than a year after the end of the war — rumors of a Jewish ritual murder triggered a pogrom in which 42 Jewish Holocaust survivors were killed. The Kielce murders were not, by any means, the sole example of why Jews could not ‘go home.’ When I visited the Polish city where my mother had been born, Ostroleka, I was told of a Jew who survived Auschwitz only to be murdered when he tried to reclaim his business. In much of Eastern Europe, Jews feared for their lives…
“For that reason, those who had struck out for home soon returned to DP camps and the safety of — irony of ironies — Germany. Some of the camps were under the command of Gen. George S. Patton, a great man on the screen, a contemptible bigot in real life….For the surviving Jews of Eastern Europe, there was no going home — and no staying, either. Europe was hostile to them, not in the least appalled or sorry about what had just happened. Even the American military, in the person of the hideous Patton, seemed hostile… For most of the DPs, America was also out of the question. The United States, in the grip of feverish anti-communism and already unreceptive to immigrants, maintained a tight quota. When the Jewish DPs were polled, an overwhelming majority said they wanted to go to Palestine. They knew life would be tough there, but they would be among their own people — and relatively safe” (end quote).
Richard Cohen, the mainstream media’s fount of moral history, has penned hate speech/group libel disguised as “a teachable moment.” Hundreds of other Talmudic supremacists in the media and academia are engaged in the same relentless offensive – spreading contempt and instilling guilt in the goyim — entire nations such as “feverish anti-communist” America, or “thieving” Poland where Poles irrationally attack Judaics because of:”sheer ethnic hatred,” “fear they would lose their (stolen) homes” (most of Poland must have been once owned by Judaics) or, that old reliable standby, “rumors of a Jewish ritual murder.”
The reader is supposed to sit at the feet of Cohen in wide-eyed awe as this righteous Zionist savant spews his hatred for east European gentiles and heroes like George Patton. The only good goy in Cohen’s column is 33rd degree Freemason Harry Truman, the president who heated Hiroshima and Nagasaki to several thousand degrees of hell.
Does Mr. Cohen himself exhibit any “sheer ethnic hatred” for Polish Catholics? Was it really a case of Poles rising against Judaic people only due to “rumors” and “hatred,” or has Mr. Cohen suppressed the other half of the story? What is the real history behind the alleged “mini-holocaust” in Kielce in 1946?
According to Judaic author John Sack, “In 1945 many Poles felt (and not without reason) that Jews ran the Office of State Security…the chief of the Office was Jacob Berman, a Jew, and all or almost all the department heads were Jews.”
Sack reported that 75% of the officers of the Communist Secret Police in Silesia were Judiacs (“Jews”). He noted that many Judaics in the Communist terror apparatus in Poland changed their names to Polish ones, such as General Romkowski, Colonel Rozanski, Capt. Studencki and Lt. Jurkowski. (cf. Sack, The New Republic, Feb. 14, 1994, p. 6).
According to Sheldon Kirshner, writing in the Canadian Jewish News, Nov. 5, 1992, p. 16: In Poland, “…a disproportionate number of Communists were Jews. In 1930, at its peak, 35% of the members of the party were Jewish. In Communist youth organizations, Jewish membership was even higher, while Communists of Jewish origin occupied most of the seats on the central committee. Communism appealed to some Jews because it opposed anti-Semitism more vigorously than any other Polish party…Jewish Communists reached their apogee in the years immediately after World War Two, when the party leadership was totally in the hands of the prewar Communist leadership that abhorred anti-Semitism” (end quote).
The mass murder of Polish Catholics at the hands of Judaic Communists is almost never raised. Instead, the attack on Judaics by Polish peasants enraged at the role of Judaics in Communist terror, which occurred at Kielce, will be the focus. The Catholic Primate of Poland at the time, Cardinal August Hlond (1881-1948), declared that the attack in Kielce occurred because of resentment “due to the Jews who today occupy leading positions in Poland’s (Communist) government and endeavor to introduce a governmental structure that the majority of Poles do not wish to have.”
As Piotr S. Wandycz of Yale University observed, “The average Pole could not but notice in the Stalinist era that the two most powerful men in the country–Berman and Minc–were both Jewish as was the dreaded security official Rozanski.” (New York Review of Books, Aug. 18, 1983, p. 51).
Solomon Morel was commandant of a post-war Communist concentration camp for Germans in Poland. Stalin deliberately put Judaics in charge of such camps. In Poland Morel tortured and murdered thousands of Germans, sometimes with his bare hands (cf. “The Wrath of Solomon,” The Village Voice, March 30, 1993). Morel found safe haven in the Israeli state, which refused requests to extradite him to stand trial for war crimes in Poland. Sack recounts the facts in his important book, An Eye for an Eye.
You left out the rest of the story, Mr. Cohen. It’s called context.
Helen Thomas uttered truths too hot to handle for our supposed “anything goes” culture. Her fate will be familiar to all Americans who have dared to contradict sanctified Zionist mythology.

Defending the Honor of an unjustly attacked 90-year-old woman
I have received several emails over the last few days asking why I have not touched on the small fleet of ships on their way to Gaza with relief food and supplies for the people in the Gaza Strip concentration camp. I did not want to put up any articles, because that subject had already been covered by others in the real truth movement and I would only be parroting their own fine work in my blog. I, like others was hoping to congratulate the flotilla on its ability to send necessary supplies to the impoverished people of Gaza.
However, the ghastly results of the criminal state of Israel over the last 24 hours can not be avoided, even by myself. Nobody and I mean nobody must stand idly by while they massacre innocent civilians on board these ships. Here is an article from www.english.aljazeera.net that describes in detail the attack of the criminal Israelis in International waters on this unarmed convoy:
Israel attacks Gaza aid fleet Israeli forces have attacked a flotilla of aid-carrying ships aiming to break the country’s siege on Gaza. At least 19 people were killed and dozens injured when troops intercepted the convoy of ships dubbed the Freedom Flotilla early on Monday, Israeli radio reported. The flotilla was attacked in international waters, 65km off the Gaza coast. Avital Leibovich, an Israeli military spokeswoman, confirmed that the attack took place in international waters, saying: “This happened in waters outside of Israeli territory, but we have the right to defend ourselves.”
Footage from the flotilla’s lead vessel, the Mavi Marmara, showed armed Israeli soldiers boarding the ship and helicopters flying overhead. Al Jazeera’s Jamal Elshayyal, on board the Mavi Marmara, said Israeli troops had used live ammunition during the operation. The Israeli military said four soldiers had been wounded and claimed troops opened fire after “demonstrators onboard attacked the IDF Naval personnel with live fire and light weaponry including knives and clubs”. Free Gaza Movement, the organisers of the flotilla, however, said the troops opened fire as soon as they stormed the convoy. Our correspondent said that a white surrender flag was raised from the ship and there was no live fire coming from the passengers. Before losing communication with our correspondent, a voice in Hebrew was clearly heard saying: “Everyone shut up”. Israeli intervention Earlier, the Israeli navy had contacted the captain of the Mavi Marmara, asking him to identify himself and say where the ship was headed. Shortly after, two Israeli naval vessels had flanked the flotilla on either side, but at a distance. Organisers of the flotilla carrying 10,000 tonnes of humanitarian aid then diverted their ships and slowed down to avoid a confrontation during the night. They also issued all passengers life jackets and asked them to remain below deck. Al Jazeera’s Ayman Mohyeldin, reporting from Jerusalem, said the Israeli action was surprising. “All the images being shown from the activists on board those ships show clearly that they were civilians and peaceful in nature, with medical supplies on board. So it will surprise many in the international community to learn what could have possibly led to this type of confrontation,” he said. Meanwhile, Israeli police have been put on a heightened state of alert across the country to prevent any civil disturbances. Sheikh Raed Salah,a leading member of the Islamic Movement who was on board the ship, was reported to have been seriously injured. He was being treated in Israel’s Tal Hasharon hospital. In Um Al Faham, the stronghold of the Islamic movement in Israel and the birth place of Salah, preparations for mass demonstrations were under way. Protests Condemnation has been quick to pour in after the Israeli action. Mahmoud Abbas, the Palestinian president, officially declared a three-day state of mourning over Monday’s deaths. Turkey, Spain, Greece, Denmark and Sweden have all summoned the Israeli ambassador’s in their respective countries to protest against the deadly assault. Thousands of Turkish protesters tried to storm the Israeli consulate in Istanbul soon after the news of the operation broke. The protesters shouted “Damn Israel” as police blocked them. “(The interception on the convoy) is unacceptable … Israel will have to endure the consequences of this behaviour,” the Turkish foreign ministry said in a statement. Ismail Haniya, the Hamas leader in Gaza, has also dubbed the Israeli action as “barbaric”. Hundreds of pro-Palestinian activists, including a Nobel laureate and several European legislators, were with the flotilla, aiming to reach Gaza in defiance of an Israeli embargo. The convoy came from the UK, Ireland, Algeria, Kuwait, Greece and Turkey, and was comprised of about 700 people from 50 nationalities. But Israel had said it would not allow the flotilla to reach the Gaza Strip and vowed to stop the six ships from reaching the coastal Palestinian territory. The flotilla had set sail from a port in Cyprus on Sunday and aimed to reach Gaza by Monday morning. Israel said the boats were embarking on “an act of provocation” against the Israeli military, rather than providing aid, and that it had issued warrants to prohibit their entrance to Gaza. It asserted that the flotilla would be breaking international law by landing in Gaza, a claim the organisers rejected.
NTS Notes: I put into my own title for this article the fact that the compliant Zionist Jewish controlled media outlets all over the world have so far refused to even put up any information about this massacre! This is absolutely astounding and a travesty against all humanity.
We must all demand that so called “news” organizations, and all media outlets cover this travesty. This is an attack on unarmed people in international waters, which is not only a violation of all international laws, but is an act of piracy! The world must immediately demand action against Israel for this murder, and that criminal state must be held accountable for this heinous crime.
I am waiting to see what the Zionist stooges and flunkies in the US Government will say about this criminal murderous action….. Guaranteed there will be some media spin coming soon to make Israel look good for this act of blatant murder. Murder is murder, and we must all demand action to bring these murderers to justice.
As I have said, the freedom flotilla with humanitarian aid to Gaza has been covered extremely well by other bloggers, and I mistakenly have not put up any articles about it in my own blog, and decided to concentrate on other subjects. I will not make that mistake again.

The Ongoing Erasure of Palestine

ZNet, May 15, 2010 The Zionist movement and the Israeli state are in the last stages of achieving effective sovereignty over all of historic Palestine. Jewish ownership of the entire land of Palestine has been the ideological sine qua non of the state and of its progenitor, Zionism, from the outset. This central goal has been consistently obfuscated by, among many other ploys, issues of “security”; eternal victimization, the Nazi Holocaust and demands of “recognition” both of the right of Israel to exist in general and specifically as a “Jewish State.” The Israeli nomenclature, “Judaization” of the land, first entered general public discourse in 1976, during the massive land confiscations of the country’s Palestinian citizens of the Galilee. We must acknowledge that we are witnessing the Judaization of what remains to Palestinians of historic Palestine (with the possible exception of the Gaza Strip). Failure to understand the process of Judaization, on the one hand, and the concomitant erasure of Palestinian WUJUD (existence), in all its forms, on the other hand, dooms all of us to continue granting Israel and its supporters the power to accomplish the process of negating Palestinian identity and nationhood. Israel continues to dispossess as many Palestinians as possible. Self-governance is a chimera. ‘Legal’ manipulations; confiscation; expulsion and brute force are the reality. It is my intention to avoid the old jargon and to underscore the reality we are facing, by: first, Examining and illuminating current Palestinian existence in historic Palestine; second, by candidly pursuing the historical process of the Judaization of the country; and, third, by exploring the roles available to people seeking justice for the Palestinian people. Therefore, we are not chasing headlines and trying to be “relevant”; real relevance must be reserved to the essence of Zionist aims and objectives no matter what Netanyahu chooses to say one day about the Palestinian state, or what Obama might say about Israel’s construction of colonies. Almost six months ago, the new US president told Israel’s leaders to put a freeze on building colonies. According to Ha’aretz, by the end of August (2009), the Obama administration agreed to Israel’s request to remove East Jerusalem from negotiations on the “impending” settlement freeze. According to both Israeli officials and Western diplomats, U.S. envoy to the Middle East George Mitchell recognized the fact that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu would not announce a settlement freeze in East Jerusalem. The officials said the U.S. would not endorse new construction there, but would not demand that Tel Aviv publicly announce a freeze. The term freeze is not in the vocabulary of Netanyahu or that of his cabinet ministers; their program, whose cornerstone is colonial settlement and ethnic cleansing, precludes a territorial compromise. The land extending between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean, they believe, has space for only one state — Israel. Therefore, waiting for Obama to obtain Palestinians independence is an exercise in futility. This is indeed what we learn from reviewing contextual Zionist history before and after 1967. Israel’s principal pursuits have been land, water, fertility, strategic locations, and the minimum number of native population in the interest of demographic “security.” Again, a territorial compromise is not in the offing. Meanwhile, US policy will not be able to reconcile the pronounced ambitions of George Mitchell, seeking a negotiated settlement, and those of General Keith Dayton, who has been exacerbating the civil conflict between Hamas and Fateh and training Fateh militias as anti-resistance forces. The machinations of Elliot Abrams of the Iran Contra days have not been abandoned either with the change of personnel in the White House; General Dayton has seen to it that while Israel keeps expanding and the occupation becomes harsher and harsher, Palestinian resistance is being transformed into a quisling. The target of Dayton’s and Mohammed Dahlan’s militia is not the occupation; it is the resistance, and that is billed as law and order. With no inclinations towards a genuine peace settlement, Israel continues the land grab and the Palestinians continue to experience an ongoing Nakba. Some might prefer to call it a second Nakba. What was the first Nakba about after all? Was it not about Loss of land and water, ethnic cleansing, annexation and Judaization? This is exactly what is going on at present…a continuation of 1948. The colonization of Ras al-Amoud and Sheikh Jarrah which began in 2009 is not different from the colonization of Qatamoun, Jaffa Street, Talbiyeh and the rest of what became known as West Jerusalem after 1948. During the last week of August 2009, Israeli authorities approved plans to build hundreds of settler units in the heart of Arab East Jerusalem. The planned new colonies in the heart of the densely populated Arab neighborhood of Ras Al-Amoud are bound to kill the possibility of East Jerusalem becoming the future capital of a prospective Palestinian state.Hence the relevance of 1948 and the need to study Israel’s ongoing expansion in the context of al-Nakba. Nor has there been a serious improvement in the response of the self-appointed Palestinian leaders to this colonial settlement and ethnic cleansing. The present leadership’s strategy is built on waiting for Washington to deliver independence and restrain Israeli territorial expansion. And yet, Israel continues to demand Arab normalization, which is worse than acquiescence and equal to collusion in a second Nakba. The two Palestinian meetings held in Bethlehem and Ramallah during the month of August 2009 were held under the watchful eyes of the occupation. Only Fateh members loyal to Mahmoud Abbas were allowed to enter the West Bank and participate in the election of delegates to the Fateh Revolutionary Council and Central Committee. Likewise, only loyalists were allowed to attend the hurriedly assembled Palestine National Council meeting in Ramallah held to fill vacancies with Abbas loyalists. With the two top Palestinian bodies secured under Abbas, with the implicit agreement of Netanyahu and Dayton, the transformation of the resistance is complete, and the second Nakba goes on. Today, not unlike 1948, Palestinian leadership is bungling; US imperialism and hegemony are on the rise. Israel is governed by Iron Wall adherents, and thus unrestrained. The Arab states, which were inept in 1948, are now down-right complicit. Egypt and Jordan not only enforce the Israeli siege on Gaza civilians, but they also provide training camps to the Fateh quislings, in order to enable them to do the job of the Israeli army, and camouflage the occupation. Palestinian cities in the Oslo-designated “A” areas convey a façade of normalcy under Dayton’s military engineering, under Prime Minister Salam Fayyad’s bureaucratic “reforms,” and under Netanyahu’s economic “peace.” It is becoming increasingly clear that the long diplomatic paralysis and the impediments to a peaceful solution capable of yielding two independent and contiguous states, living side by side in the Middle East, are embedded in the “peace process” whose gridlock reveals no shortage of resolve, and in the Zionist consensus that pre-1948 Palestine from the River Jordan to the Mediterranean Sea is a single state under exclusive Israeli sovereignty. As long as the termination of the Israeli occupation is not on the active Israeli agenda, and as long as the political forces in Israel are united in their rejection of a contiguous, viable and practicable Palestinian state, living side by side in peace with Israel, the longest occupation in history will continue unabated. Peace, therefore, will not be at hand as long as this ailing peace process fails to incorporate the essentials of the Palestine question: the 1948 Nakba is not recognized for what it is — a form of ethnic cleansing, a colonial enterprise which covets the land without the people. Peace has also remained elusive as long as the 1967 occupation continues to be entrenched as a form of what the late Israeli sociologist Baruch Kimmerling called politicide (political genocide) in a book under that title. He defined it as “a “process that has as its ultimate goal the dissolution of the Palestinian people’s existence as a legitimate national, social, and economic entity, which may also include partial or total ethnic cleansing.” Politicide, which complements erasure, is a process that covers a wide range of social, political, military and bureaucratic activities whose goal is to destroy the political and national existence of a whole community of people, and thus deny it the possibility of self-determination. This is what Israel has been doing to the Palestinian people, persistently between 1948 and the present — destroying the very fabric of the Palestinian nation and obliterating the Palestinian WUJOUD. Gary Zatzman uncovered a key difference between apartheid and Zionism in Dissident Voice (2005): “For all its serious and undoubted evils and the numerous crimes against humanity committed in its name, including physical slaughters, South African white-racist apartheid was not premised on committing genocide. Zionism, on the other hand, has been committed to dissolving the social, cultural, political and economic integrity of the Palestinian people, i.e., genocide, from the outset, at least as early as Theodore Herzl’s injunction in his diaries that the ‘transfer’ of the Palestinian ‘penniless population’ elsewhere be conducted ‘discreetly and circumspectly.’” The process is still ongoing, having included the invasions of 1967, 1976, 1982, 2002 (massacre of Jenin), 2006, and now the recent Gaza Massacre (2008/09). Over the three-week period, it was estimated that a million and a half tons of explosives were dropped on the Gaza Strip, home to 1.5 million people, making it the most densely crowded area in the world, where it is difficult to distinguish civilians from fighters. In the 22 days of relentless assault, the Palestinian Center for Human Rights (PCHR) put the Palestinian death toll at a total of 1,417 of which 926 were civilians, including 313 children and 116 women. Non-combatant police officers constituted 255, and 236 combatants were killed, representing 16.7% of the total deaths. The number of civilian fatalities included sixteen medics and four journalists. The number of wounded was approximately 5,500, of which two-thirds were civilians. Numerous schools, mosques, hospitals, residential and commercial buildings, and United Nations facilities were obliterated. In a major 49-page report on “Gaza’s Unfinished Business,” published on 23 April, 2009, the International Crisis Group warned that Gaza could once again reach the boiling point. Gaza, it says, is an explosion waiting to happen. It lists the toll from Israel’s callous 22-day battering in December-January, 2009 as 1,430 Gazans killed, over 5,300 wounded, 90,000 made homeless, Gaza’s seven main textile factories damaged and closed down, 22 of the 29 concrete factories devastated, whole industrial zones flattened, and 60 per cent of agricultural land near the border with Israel harmed, leading to a virtual halt of agribusiness. Israel’s deliberately disproportionate response to Hamas’ home-made rockets must be seen as an attempt to destroy the Palestinians’ will to fight. If that was indeed the aim, it has not succeeded, but nor is Palestinian statehood any closer. What happened in Gaza in 2008/09 is nothing short of another Nakba. This time, however, it was granted a license from the biggest super power. The United States has long opposed a solution to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, consistent with the global consensus: total withdrawal to the 1967 borders, the establishment of a sovereign, contiguous, Palestinian state, endorsement of a non-rhetorical two-state solution, and the annulment of the annexation of Arab East Jerusalem. On the contrary, neither any Israeli government since 1967, nor any American Administration has ever pondered the issue of total withdrawal seriously or met the requisites of the global consensus. “A culture of impunity in the region has existed for too long,” Goldstone told the United Nations Human Rights Commission (UNHRC) when presenting his report. “The lack of accountability for war crimes and possible war crimes against humanity has reached a crisis point,” he added. The Obama administration, the US media, and both leaderships of Congress are part of the problem; therefore, America has not been and will not be part of the solution.

An Israeli Foreign Ministry official rebuked Turkey’s acting ambassador Thursday over a TV series Israel says depicts Israeli soldiers murdering children.
Naor Gilon, deputy director for the Western Europe desk, said he told Turkish envoy Ceylan Ozen the series was “incitement” and could spark attacks against Jews visiting Turkey.
Gilon met Ozen at ministry headquarters in Jerusalem amid increasing tensions between the countries.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu later joined the chorus of Israeli outrage.
“We are disappointed by the incitement on Turkish television and we are not very happy by the trends we are seeing in Turkey of late,” he said at a joint press conference with visiting Spanish premier Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero.
So the truth does hurt after all, doesn’t it? It hurts even the worst possible cold blooded criminals on the planet… the Jews….
Muslim Turkey’s ties with Israel have deteriorated since Israel’s winter offensive against Islamic militants in Gaza – codenamed Operation Cast Lead – which killed some 1,400 Palestinians.
Last week Ankara canceled a military exercise in which Israeli pilots were to have participated.
Clips of the program, screened by Turkey’s state-owned TRT television, show a military force in what appear to be Israeli combat fatigues committing acts of murder and violent repression against Palestinians under their control.
Israel captured the West Bank and the Gaza Strip in the 1967 Middle East War.
In one of the most striking moments of the show, a soldier is portrayed standing in front of a father with a baby held high in his hands and firing a bullet at the baby, killing it instantly.
Producer Selcuk Cobanoglu told Israeli news site Y-net, however, that the characters in his series do not represent Israelis.
“The uniforms … only look similar. The Turkish and American militaries have uniforms like that as well,” he said. “We love the people in Israel. We love the Israelis.”
Turkey’s state-run TRT television that airs the series has made no comments on the issue so far.
The Web site of TRT includes a brief explanation of the series and announces that the production is “a heartfelt display of the events in Palestine, which was occupied in 1948.”
The site said the series “portrays the sorrow of women and children, in particular, and gives a voice to the suffering of mothers whose children and husbands were slaughtered.”

October 1, 2009 — Today the Palestinian delegation to the United Nations’ Human Rights division withdrew its push to have the Security Council consider the Richard Goldstone war crimes report against “Israel.”
This degenerate capitulation comes on the same day that Former President of Argentina Carlos Menem is charged with obstructing the relentless Israeli-led investigation of the 1994 bombing of the Judaic Association in Buenos Aires which killed 85 Judaic people.
Ten months after 1400 Palestinians were killed in Gaza, their leaders are already consenting to burying the investigation.
15 years after 85 Judaics were killed in Argentina, Israeli leaders are relentlessly pursuing the investigation, bringing it to every forum, hot on the trail of perpetrators, collaborators and every conceivable clue.
Once again, the Palestinians are repeatedly outfoxed and outmaneuvered by their Israeli enemies.
Being only human, after a time I confess to becoming exceedingly exasperated with the almost unimaginable torpor of dull-witted Arabs and the contrasting dynamic energy of shrewd Israelis. I admit that this is a generalization; fallout from my exasperation. But there is a kernel of truth in it.
Sometimes, in my darker moments, I am given to wonder, short of a miracle of God, if the Palestinian nation will ever be anything other than a stateless, occupied territory, due to their own gross ineptitude. Intellectually, they don’t think or fight like the Israelis. Many people will reply, thank God for that.
I am not referring to military fighting, however, but to “warfare” in terms of strategic public relations psychology, which includes relentless, one-track mind, pit-bull tenacious, pursuit of war criminals without an inch of compromise or retreat. This is the Israeli way. It has paid huge dividends for their statecraft, not all of it sinister. Whether it is 85 innocent dead in Argentina, or hundreds in Gaza, the dead are entitled to justice, i.e. bringing the killers to trial, whether it be months or years later.
After 60 years, wonder of wonders, at long last the Palestinians have a respected Judaic jurist, Richard Goldstone, to step forward in an international United Nations human rights forum, and courageously announce that Israelis committed war crimes in Gaza and then lied about it. What do the Palestinian leaders do with this golden apple dropped into their laps? They trade the Goldstone report away as a diplomatic concession to nebulous “negotiations” with Netanyahu being conducted by Obama’s mainly Zionist diplomats.
The Palestinian Stepinfetchits, after decades of being victimized by every imaginable American ruse, decoy, snare and deceit, and dozens of U.S. funded Israeli massacres entailing the brutal and ruthless elimination of whole neighborhoods, still believe –still believe! — in the good faith of the White House.

Unless President Barack Obama resolves to expunge “special” from the U.S.-Israeli “special relationship,” this entangled alliance will continue to ensure that the U.S. is portrayed as guilty by its association with Tel Aviv’s thuggish behavior in Palestine and elsewhere. And by the U.S. insistence that Israel not be held accountable under international law.
On July 3rd, Israeli ambassador Michael Oren claimed “Iran nuke could wipe Israel off the map in seconds.” An accurate translation reveals that what the president of Iran proposes is that Zionism be “erased from the pages of history.” But why quibble over words and their intent when Israel’s intent is to create a consensus that ensures war with Iran?
Two days after Oren’s saber-rattling speech, Vice-President Joe Biden was asked in a televised interview whether the Obama Administration would restrain Israeli military action against Iran. President Obama was then out of the country. Unfamiliar with the refrain, “loose lips sink ships,” Biden’s cavalier comment evoked memories of Vice President Dick Cheney who routinely waited until his boss was out of town to make bellicose remarks that moved the U.S. steadily closer to war in Iraq.
Admiral Michael Mullen, chairman of the Pentagon’s Joint Chiefs of Staff, scrambled to offset the impression left by Biden’s comment. Astute strategists know it is the small impressions that, step-by-step, form the consensus beliefs that shape policy-making. It was the gradual drip, drip, drip of such impressions that created the (false) consensus belief that Iraq had WMD, ties to Al Qaeda and mobile biological weapons laboratories.
Pro-Israeli pundits quickly claimed that, with Biden’s comment, Washington had given Tel Aviv the green light to attack Iran. Mullen grabbed media attention to reconfirm the obvious: an attack on Iran could have “grave and unpredictable consequences.”
Arrogant, Aggressive & Above the Law
What has Israel done to quell these global jitters? Tel Aviv ordered a long-range Air Force exercise covering the same distance as from Israel to Iran. It dispatched through the Suez Canal a Dolphin class submarine, three of which are widely believed capable of launching a nuclear missile attack. And it sent a “message” to Iran by sailing two Saar class missile ships through the canal into the Red Sea, putting them within striking distance of Tehran.
Meanwhile, Rupert Murdoch’s Fox News played its usual supporting role by announcing Israeli Navy Prepares for Potential Attack on Iran’s Nuclear Facilities. To date, Barack Obama has shown little inclination to say no to Tel Aviv and show he means it. Instead, his administration has staffed up with advisers who are disproportionately pro-Israeli—more so even than the Bush and Clinton presidencies.
When in February he failed to support the nomination of Ambassador Charles Freeman as Director of the National Intelligence Council, Obama served global notice of just how much influence Israel wields over U.S. foreign policy. Opposition to Freeman was led by Steven Rosen, a former executive of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC). Though you would never know it from reports in mainstream media, Rosen had been indicted under the Espionage Act for transferring to the Israeli embassy classified Pentagon intelligence on Iran.
Adding insult to the Freeman injury, Obama Attorney General Eric Holder approved the withdrawal of charges against Rosen and co-conspirator Keith Weissman, another AIPAC executive. After receiving a 12-year sentence for conceding his complicity, Pentagon Iran analyst Lawrence Franklin saw his sentence reduced to time served under house arrest and was ordered to perform 100 hours of community service. So much for accountability.
Just as he said not a word on Gaza, Obama remained silent on Freeman. Left to twist in the wind by the commander in chief, Freeman withdrew his nomination. When he vowed not to remain silent in his critique of the Israel lobby, Washington Post editors denied there was such a lobby, dismissed his critique as a “conspiracy theory” and attacked his comments as a “crackpot tirade.”
Though AIPAC avowed it took no stand on the appointment, reports confirm it leaned on key senators and later boasted that Obama was a “pushover.” In a fiery rejoinder to his critics, Freeman noted, “This is not just a tragedy for Israelis and their neighbors in the Middle East; it is doing widening damage to the national security of the United States.”
Palestinians are correct to wonder how Americans could be so unresponsive to their abuse at the hands of a U.S. ally. What those in the Middle East fail to grasp is that Americans do not know. Freeman was correct in the mid-1990s when he described the lobby’s “virtual hammerlock on American foreign policy.” The only difference now is that Israeli influence has grown far more systemic. An admirer of Israel, Freeman cautions: “Right now it is doing itself in and taking us with it.” By seeking to induce the U.S. to wage war in Iran, Tel Aviv confirms its agenda has little to do with U.S. interests and everything to do with its expansionist goals for the region.
Self-censorship in both politics and media precludes Americans from knowing the perils that accompany the U.S.-Israeli relationship. Nor do Americans know the horrors that this alliance has imposed on Palestinians. The behavior of this extremist nationalist enclave thrives in darkness, a condition that aptly describes U.S. media coverage of conditions in Palestine. Steadily more Americans are working to make Israel’s thuggish conduct transparent but the numbers are few and the challenges great.

WW1: What Happened? – Part 1

The first half of this production features the late Norman Dodd, who in 1953 was the chief investigator for Congressman Reece’s Special Committee On Tax Exempt Foundations. The clip is an excerpt taken from a 1982 interview conducted by G. Edward Griffin in which Dodd testifies as to how both the Carnegie Endowment For International Peace (“Peace”, according to Karl Marx “is the lack of opposition to Socialism”) and the Rockefeller Foundation actively sought America’s involvement in the first world war via the infiltration and subsequent subversion of the U.S. State Department. Dodd also tells of of the hidden agenda of these elitist organisationd to rewrite American and world history after the war had ended.
Aside from the Carnegie Foundation’s activity that saw American participation in the first world war – as testified by Norman Dodd – further insight is provided courtesy of Benjamin Freedman who speaks of the significant and pivotal role of the Zionist Federations of the world in securing American involvement. Benjamin Freedman – formerly known as Benjamin Freidman – was a Zionist sympathiser prior to him discovering its’ true ambitions whereupon he committed the remaining years of his life and fortune attempting to educate the American people about the perils of Zionism and the power they wield over the entire U.S. government. The second half of this video production is given to a pertinent excerpt from the famous 1961 speech that Freedman gave at the Willard Hotel, Washington D.C. before an audience of concerned American patriots.
Benjamin Freedman articulately narrates a historically accurate account of how the World Zionist Federations contrived certain events that led to America’s involvement in world war one. Freedman also describes the ‘prize’ that the Zionist Federations of the world received as a result of them manipulating the Americans to participate in the war that was supposed “to end all wars”. The Zionists’ ‘prize’ was the Balfour Declaration whereby Great Britain – then the occupying force in Palestine – ‘permitted’ the total “Jewish” colonisation of Palestine which was to ultimately lead to the ‘birth’ of the State of “Israel” in 1948. It must be stated that without the input of Zionist stooge Adolf Hitler there would be no Israel. Using the time-honoured trick of the ‘Hegelian dialect’, Hitler and the Nazis fomented “anti-Semitism” so that European Jews could be rounded-up and processed, with those deemed “fit” being transported to Palestine to populate the long envisioned State of “Israel”, while those who were deemed “useless”, genetically inferior and/or opposed the move were murdered.
