Bishop Richard Williamson: “Murdered Truth”

ELEISON COMMENTS
 CXLVIII (May 15, 2010)

THE SLEEPLESS POPE

Conciliar Rome’s radical misunderstanding of what the Catholic Traditional movement is all about, was illustrated once more in Paris last Wednesday (May 12) when Cardinal Kasper, head of the Vatican department for relations with other Christian churches and with Jews, gave a press conference. From the Reuters report let me quote as faithfully as possible what the Cardinal thinks, summed up in five propositions, and then comment.

1)The doctrinal discussions presently taking place every two months between four theologians of Rome, and a bishop and three priests of the Society of St Pius X (SSPX), are not proving easy. 2) The main problem is the concept of tradition. “Do we want a living tradition or a petrified tradition?” asked the Cardinal. 3) He said he is for this dialogue with the SSPX, but it has to be on Rome’s conditions and not on those of the SSPX. 4) If an agreement is to be reached, the SSPX will have to make concessions, and it will have to accept the Conciliar reforms. 5) Without an agreement the SSPX will have no official status, its priests will not be recognized as Catholic priests, nor will they be allowed to exercise their ministry.

(1) Of course it is not proving easy to reconcile 2+2=4 (Tradition and the SSPX) with 2+2=4 or 5 (Vatican II and Conciliar Rome). We are in the presence of two profoundly different conceptions of arithmetic, of two just as profoundly different conceptions of Catholic Truth.

(2) 2+2=4 is truth, unchanging and unchangeable, therefore “traditional”. 2+2=4 or 5 is a brand new arithmetic, as “living” as one likes, but utterly unreal, and so not traditional at all.

(3) If one is discussing true arithmetic, it will be on true arithmetic’s terms and not on the terms of either party discussing, even if one of the parties takes its stand on those terms.

(4) Who wants, or needs, to arrive at an agreement that 2+2=4 or 5 (Vatican II) ? Only merchants of fantasy who no longer care for true arithmetic !

(5) If “official status”, “recognition as priests” and “being permitted to minister” all depend on accepting that 2+2 can be 4 or 5, then all such “status”, “recognition” and “permission” are being bought at the price of Truth. But if I sell off the Truth, how can I still have it to tell it? And if I can no longer tell the Truth, what kind of a priest can I be, with what kind of a ministry ?

Therefore in conclusion, it is not just on “tradition” but on the very nature of truth that these Romans and the SSPX part company. Changing truth, these Romans have lost the Truth, in fact they are, at least objectively speaking, murdering it, as Macbeth “doth murder sleep” (II, 2).

Indeed in the same Reuters article the Pope is quoted as having said that the SSPX problem “robs him of his sleep.” Holy Father, do believe that the Truth is far above the SSPX, which is no more than one of its tiny momentary defenders. Every one of us in the SSPX wishes you all kinds of well, especially to sleep well. It is not the SSPX, but murdered Truth, which is keeping you awake at night.

Kyrie eleison.

Rabbi-enabler replaces sex predator-enabler at Tridentine Mass

Bishop Slattery Takes the Place of Cardinal Castrillon Hoyos at D.C. Pontifical Mass
by Maurice Pinay | April 22, 2010

“The Catholic bishop of Tulsa was tapped…as a last-minute replacement to lead a massive Latin Mass slated for Saturday at the Shrine of the Immaculate Conception after the original celebrant, Dario Castrillon, a Colombian cardinal, stepped aside after being linked to the church’s clergy sex-abuse scandal.”
- Washington Times, April 23, 2010

Tulsa Bishop Edward J. Slattery, like Pope Benedict XVI, is hailed by neo-traditionalists as a champion of tradition because he says the Novus Ordo Mass ad orientem. Can they be unaware of Bishop Slattery’s Judaizing liturgical alchemy? Or is it that they don’t care?

“There’s nothing in Catholic teaching or law that would prevent a group from having a seder meal to teach the faithful the origins of our own Mass, which comes from the seder.” (Bishop Slattery)

In fact, the Haggadah, the liturgy used at seders, began to be formulated in the Talmudic Era, centuries after Christ’s Last Supper.

The Haggadah as it exists today–as it is now celebrated in Catholic parishes around the world–dates only to the 13th century A.D.

The traditional Mass does not “come from the seder,” although it is accurate to say that parts of the Novus Ordo Mass of 1969 do. I doubt that Bishop Slattery wants this distinction to be known. As we have seen from other modern prelates of high position, including the Pope, they want Catholics to believe that rabbinic tradition is an authentic continuation of the religion of the faithful Israelites of the Bible and for Catholics to involve themselves in these traditions.

There could be no worse deception than this, as Pope Innocent IV observed, through the rabbis’ traditions, they render souls utterly alien from the law and the prophets, a fact which was later documented so thoroughly by Johann Andreas Eisenmenger in his masterwork, Entdecktes Judenthum that no defense other than censorship and ad hominem attack has even been attempted against it.

For this rabbi enabler to be offering a traditional Latin Mass in the place of the sex predator enabler, Cardinal Castrillon Hoyos, is no less a scandal. Protect your children, body and soul, from these treacherous men.

New moves in the trial of Bishop Williamson for “Holocaust” denial

(Michael Hoffman’s comment immediately follows this report)

(AP) – April 15, 2010 – BERLIN — A lawyer says an ultraconservative British bishop has been silenced by his Catholic order before a court hearing regarding a denial of the Holocaust.

Matthias Lossmann told The Associated Press that his client, Bishop Richard Williamson, who resides in England, has been told not appear at the Regensburg court for Friday’s hearing and to refrain from interviews and Internet activities.

Lossmann said a letter on behalf of the Switzerland-based general secretary of the Society of St. Pius X, Christian Thouvenot, advises the bishop to shut down his blog and his Web site.

Friday’s hearing regards Williamson’s appeal of a fine he was given by a German court in 2009 for incitement, in connection with an interview with Swedish TV in 2008 during which he questioned that Jews died during the Holocaust. (End quote)

From the bulletin of the SSPX chapel of north Idaho, April 11, 2010

HOFFMAN’S COMMENT: Bishop Williamson has no web site, just a blog which is available only by e-mail subscription. He had no intention of attending the show trial in Regensburg, so one must wonder what is the point of the claim that his order, the Society of St. Pius X (SSPX), has banned him from doing so. He has also been under a gag order from the SSPX for some time.

Several months ago Bishop Williamson was offered a deal by the German prosecutor for avoiding prison — if he would apologize to the Zionist community and pay a large fine. He refused both demands.

Speaking for myself and not Bishop Williamson, I observe that while he is housed and fed at the SSPX house in London and treated decently by the priests with whom he resides, he has been almost completely abandoned by his fellow bishops and priests worldwide, who will not even offer public prayers on his behalf. In last Sunday’s bulletin of the SSPX chapel in northern Idaho there was an appeal for prayers for Pope Benedict XVI who, it was said, was under “media attack.” Needless to say, there was no appeal for prayers for Williamson. Such cold-hearted mercilessness is purely rabbinic in spirit.

Despite denials by the hierarchy of the SSPX, it is rather easy to see that the false religion of Holocaustianity has infiltrated its ranks just as it has infiltrated the Vatican. Bishop Williamson would not be in any hot water with the Catholic Church if he had denied that Mohammed had flown to heaven from Al Quds, or doubted that Mormon founder Joseph Smith found the golden plates on Hill Cumorah. Williamson has been made a leper for casting doubt on a doctrine which both the Vatican and the SSPX hold sacred, the new creed of Holocaustianity.

What is sacred both to modern Catholicism and the “traditional Catholic” SSPX is the gas chamber idol of Auschwitz, about which Pope Pius XII, in the whole of his long reign as pontiff, expressed not one single word, most likely because he knew, through Vatican intelligence, that the Germans did not operate any such monstrosity.

Meanwhile the allegedly “traditional” SSPX has adopted the Auschwitz idol of Newchurch and proclaimed it a horrifying, if not unforgivable sin, for Williamson to blaspheme this holy gas chamber relic of Holocaustianity.

Bishop Williamson’s statements about execution gas chambers can only be a grave transgression in the moral and spiritual realm if the SSPX believes in Holocaustianity which, patently, they do, since they are persecuting their own bishop for having doubted it.

Here we witness a startling transformation in the priestly fraternity founded by the late Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre, akin to the astonishing alchemical spectacle of witnessing Pope John Paul II enter a synagogue and encourage the assembled Pharisees to continue in their Talmudic faith, an accursed act of betrayal which his successor has repeated three times (Matthew 26:34) in less than five years.

The ancient occult mandate for the alchemical processing of the Church is being fulfilled on schedule, before our very eyes, both within the Vatican and within its one-time traditional opposition, where doubting the lies about gas chamber extermination in Auschwitz is now a mortal sin and a cause for the public humiliation, silencing and exile of one of the bishops Msgr. Lefebvre consecrated.

For this reason alone, Richard Williamson has been expelled as seminary rector, abandoned in all but the necessities of life, and prosecuted in Germany, for the greater glory of the abominable Auschwitz idol which has replaced Calvary as the most sacred suffering in all of history. Bishop Williamson is a martyr to the defense of Our Lord’s Passion and Crucifixion against its substitution by the Auschwitz shoah-business. God help all those who have failed to lift even a finger in his defense.

Let is be noted for the record, that by an act of God, today the air space over Britain has been closed, so that even if Bishop Williamson submitted to the order from the German inquisitor, he could not comply.

The Attacks on Pope Benedict – a Conspiracy of Man – or God?

by Michael Hoffman

Over the centuries many sorts of masquers have bored deep into the bowels of the Roman Catholic Church. Some of these have even occupied the papal throne; others were content to be the power behind that throne.

King Henry VIII first received the theological justification for his divorce from Catherine of Aragon from the Neoplatonic brotherhood inside the Vatican; out of said fraternity would emerge Dr. John Dee, the Protestant magician who, using the Hermetic and Kabbalistic cunning of the Roman Catholic magician Marsilio Ficino, furnished William Cecil with the mind control keys and mass persuasion techniques that gained him the rule of England through a reanimated goddess Isis who is known to history as Queen Elizabeth I.

Very few believing Catholics ever glimpse this hidden reality, and when they are so privileged as to gain a fleeting vision of it, they run from it, so threatening is it to the papal Caesarism to which they kowtow like the pagan subjects of Kubla Khan. Jesus Christ did not come to institute slavish and cowering obedience to mere men, however elaborately costumed or adored. He came to save souls, which is the highest law, a law recognized by only a few churchmen, such as the late French Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre, who defied Popes Paul VI and John Paul II for that very reason.

Behind the scenes of the competing Catholic and Protestant churches exists a golden thread, a rainbow bridge if you will, that unites initiates in both camps who, believing they possess godlike powers derived from the secret gnosis of the Corpus Hermeticum, are above the morality they publicly preach, beyond good and evil, and united in processing humankind toward a “higher” destiny without the knowledge or consent of those being processed. This is the age-old mandate of the pagan-occult imperium.

Shortly before the latest uproar over pederasty within the Roman Catholic Church, a Vatican exorcist announced that the devil was active in the Vatican, even at the highest levels. Prior to this not exactly unexpected revelation, Pope Benedict XVI completed the third of his pilgrimages to the Synagogue, the latest, on Jan. 17, at Rome itself, where this papal Judas gave every encouragement to the assembled Pharisees.

Most recently he has appointed a member of the secret society of Opus Dei to head the powerful diocese of Los Angeles, California, after child-molestation enabler and obstructor of justice Cardinal Roger Mahony retires next year with his pension intact and full church honors accorded to this patron of pederasty.

Certain Catholic automatons have marched forth, decrying a purported “media conspiracy” of “gossip” against the pope. But are the troubles that have befallen this pope a conspiracy of man, or a curse of God?

How long do the vassals of Rome imagine that God will be mocked by popes who make common cause with the ideological and spiritual descendants of those who stoned, laid hands upon and conspired in the murder of His Divine Son?

Pope John Paul II, the modern champion of the Synagogue and the first pope in history to enter its precincts as a supplicant, spent the final years of his pontificate as a hunchback, drooling spittle onto his breast. Unless he repents and makes reparation, Pope Benedict XVI can no more escape the wrath of God than did his predecessor.

If Benedict is besieged now, it may be payback for his treason to the Gospel of Jesus Christ, notwithstanding his provisional revival of the old Latin Mass, which he has integrated into a neo-Catholic hybrid Church of Holocaustianity, whereby Auschwitz is rendered far more sacred than Calvary, a revolutionary betrayal made tolerable now that it is accompanied by Tridentine incense and Gregorian chant.

Those badly deceived persons who make common cause with this pontiff might wish to consider what fate may be in store if they do not switch their allegiance from Benedict to Jesus.

Vatican compares molestation scandal to “persecution of the Jews”

Rev. Fr. Raniero Cantalamessa: since 1980 the prestigious “preacher to the papal household”

by Michael Hoffman, Good Friday, 2010

“By a rare coincidence, this year our Easter falls on the same week of the Jewish Passover which is the ancestor and matrix within which it was formed. This pushes us to direct a thought to our Jewish brothers. They know from experience what it means to be victims of collective violence and also because of this they are quick to recognize the recurring symptoms. I received in this week the letter of a Jewish friend and, with his permission, I share here a part of it. He said:

“I am following with indignation the violent and concentric attacks against the Church, the Pope and all the faithful by the whole world. The use of stereotypes, the passing from personal responsibility and guilt to a collective guilt remind me of the more shameful aspects of anti-Semitism. Therefore I desire to express to you personally, to the Pope and to the whole Church my solidarity as Jew of dialogue and of all those that in the Jewish world (and there are many) share these sentiments of brotherhood. Our Passover and yours undoubtedly have different elements, but we both live with Messianic hope that surely will reunite us in the love of our common Father. I wish you and all Catholics a Good Easter.”
–Rev. Fr. Cantalamessa
Homily in the presence of the Holy Father at the Liturgy of Good Friday, April 2, 2010

This would be hilarious if it were not so depraved and disgusting. The crypto-rabbi wing of Judeo-Churchianity (Rev. Fr. Cantalamessa, Pope Benedict) trying to curry favor, on Good Friday, with the rabbis of the Judeo wing, compare the uproar over the culture of child-molestation facilitation in the Catholic hierarchy (Mahony, Driscoll, Skylstad still in power; Bernard Law, fugitive from justice, made Arch Priest of a Roman basilica) with the persecution of the “Jews” (“antisemitism”),”collective guilt” and “collective violence.”

Here we have prima facie evidence that Cantalamessa and his enabler, Pope Benedict, are not Catholic. “Persecution of the Jews” is the historic cry of the Freemasons and rabbis against the saints and theologians of the early and medieval Church.

To claim that worldwide anger over child molestation facilitation by the hierarchy of the Catholic Church is comparable to unjust “persecution of the Jews” is self-indicting. To make this claim on Good Friday is blasphemy. It signifies that the current usurpers who occupy the Church are as phony as the paranoid and megalomaniac ADL that sees “persecution of the Jews” in every stubbed Zionist toe.

Moreover, what is the definition of “persecution of the Jews”? Is it “persecution” when freedom of speech is in place to permit educating the public concerning the murderous racism in the Talmud that inspires Israeli mass murder in Palestine? Is it “persecution” when the stories of execution gas chambers in Auschwitz are questioned by scientists and publishers? Is it “persecution” when Israeli generals are compared to Nazis when they butcher the people of Gaza?

As for “collective” punishment, what of the collective punishment of German civilians during and after World War II? What of the ongoing collective punishment of the populations of Lebanon and Palestine by the “state of Israel,” egged on by homicidal maniacs known as Orthodox “settler” rabbis?

If the Vatican was truly Catholic and Christ-like it would announce to the world that every child-molestation facilitator, beginning with Cardinal Roger Mahony in Los Angeles, has been removed from office and shipped to a Trappist monastery while they await state prosecution — with the Vatican fully cooperating with the prosecutors. Bernard Law would be extradited from Vatican City back to Boston to face justice. Instead, the Vatican continues to keep these and other evil bishops (Skylstad, Driscoll, ad nauseum) in power while the Vatican sobs about “exaggerated” charges of a culture of child molestation facilitation existing within the Church.

The Vatican is the enemy of the Catholicism of the early and medieval Church, and thus today it appears without shame, on Good Friday, like Martin Gray, author of For Those I Loved, a book filled with his sorrowful ordeal as a persecuted Judaic “Holocaust Survivor” who was supposedly forced to help clear bodies out of the Treblinka “gas chamber.” In truth, Gray and his book were both fakes. In fact, he was a decorated officer in the Soviet NKVD responsible for the murder of Christians and gentiles, posing as a poor persecuted Chosen One. This is the pattern of despicable fraud and shetl chicanery which the pope and his papal household preacher, sunk in the ethos of Holocaustianity, mount as an alibi and imitate as a form of self-defense.

Alas, the rabbinic racketeers will never surrender their monopoly on persecution to the hated papacy, even when the “Holy See” is occupied by a co-conspirator who is so inept he imagines he can grab a share of the persecution paranoia and co-opt Judaism’s most cherished, trademarked brand. Consequently this disgraceful Vatican pandering to the ideological heirs of those who demanded the death of Jesus, is now backfiring.

In a palimpsest of falsification, the Zionist media keeps the pressure on Benedict by portraying this agent of the Synagogue as quasi antisemitic. This ruse serves a two-fold function: 1. it keeps Benedict pandering ever more to the rabbis, offering ever more craven concessions and servile compromise; and 2. it gives the 39-watt filaments of the Remnant newspaper types in traditional Catholicism the opportunity to claim that poor, pitiful Pope Benedict is a Catholic bastion against the synagogue! (Somewhere the masters of the Zohar are grinning).

For those who own a copy of my book Judaism Discovered, you will find a dossier on the lies and deceitful word games played by the crypto-rabbi “preacher of the papal household,” Raniero Cantalamessa. Cf. pp. 389-390 and 414-418.

At Vatican Service, Persecution of Jews Is Invoked
NY Times April 2, 2010

ROME — A senior Vatican priest speaking at a Good Friday service compared the uproar over sexual abuse scandals in the Catholic Church — which have included reports about Pope Benedict XVI’s oversight role in two cases — to the persecution of the Jews, sharply raising the volume in the Vatican’s counterattack.

The remarks, on the day Christians mark the crucifixion, underscored how much the Catholic Church has felt under attack from recent news reports and criticism over how it has handled charges of child molestation against priests in the past, and sought to focus attention on the church as the central victim.

In recent weeks, Vatican officials and many bishops have angrily denounced news reports that Benedict failed to act strongly enough against pedophile priests, once as archbishop of Munich and Friesing in 1980 and once as a leader of a powerful Vatican congregation in the 1990s.

Benedict sat looking downward when the Rev. Raniero Cantalamessa, who holds the office of preacher of the papal household, delivered his remarks in the traditional prayer service in St. Peter’s Basilica. Wearing the brown cassock of a Franciscan, Father Cantalamessa took note that Easter and Passover were falling during the same week this year, saying he was led to think of the Jews. “They know from experience what it means to be victims of collective violence and also because of this they are quick to recognize the recurring symptoms,” he said.

Father Cantalamessa quoted from what he said was a letter from an unnamed Jewish friend. “I am following the violent and concentric attacks against the church, the pope and all the faithful by the whole word,” he said the friend wrote. “The use of stereotypes, the passing from personal responsibility and guilt to a collective guilt, remind me of the more shameful aspects of anti-Semitism.”

Even as the priest spoke out against attacks on the church, Archbishop Robert Zollitsch of Freiburg, head of the German Bishops Conference, said that sex abuse victims were not helped enough “out of a misplaced concern for the reputation of the church.”

The church, he said, was shaken by “the suffering inflicted on the victims, who often for decades could not put their injuries into words.” Bishops around Europe have been offering similar remarks in recent days, following up on a major statement on molestation in the Irish church by the pope.

Father Cantalamessa’s comments about the Jews came toward the end of a long talk about scripture, the nature of violence and the sacrifice of Jesus. He also spoke about violence against women, but gave only a slight mention of the children and adolescents who have been molested by priests. “I am not speaking here of violence against children, of which unfortunately also elements of the clergy are stained; of that there is sufficient talk outside of here,” he said.

Disclosures about hundreds of such cases have emerged in recent months in Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland and France, after a previous round of scandal in the United States earlier this decade.

A leading advocate for sex abuse victims in the United States, David Clohessy, called comparing criticism of the church to persecution of the Jews “breathtakingly callous and misguided. Men who deliberately and consistently hide child sex crime are in no way victims,” he said. “And to conflate public scrutiny with horrific violence is about as wrong as wrong can be.”

The comments could cause a new twist in Vatican-Jewish relations, which have had ups and downs during Benedict’s papacy. Rabbi Riccardo di Segni, the chief rabbi of Rome, who hosted Benedict at the Rome synagogue in January on a visit that helped calm waters after a year of tensions, laughed in seeming disbelief when asked about Father Cantalamessa’s remarks.

“With a minimum of irony, I will say that today is Good Friday, when they pray that the Lord illuminate our hearts so we recognize Jesus,” Rabbi Di Segni said, referring to a prayer in a traditional Catholic liturgy calling for the conversion of the Jews. “We also pray that the Lord illuminate theirs.”

In 2008, Benedict ruffled feathers with Jewish groups when he issued a ruling making it easier to use the Latin Mass including that Good Friday prayer, which had fallen out of widespread use after the liberalizing reforms of the Second Vatican Council. In January 2009, he stirred outrage when he revoked the excommunication of four schismatic bishops, one of whom turned out to have denied the scope of the Holocaust.

The legacy of the wartime pope, Pius XII, has been another sticking point. Some say he didn’t do enough to save Jews during the Holocaust; on a visit to the Rome synagogue in January, Benedict said that the Holy See had “provided assistance, often in a hidden and discreet way,” to help Jews.

Father Cantalamessa’s remarks come after weeks of intense scrutiny of Benedict, which some Italian media have seen in conspiratorial terms. Last week, the center-left daily La Repubblica wrote, without attribution, that “certain Catholic circles” believed the criticism of the church stemmed from “a New York ‘Jewish lobby.’”

Father Cantalamessa is a longtime fixture in the papal household, having been its official preacher since 1980. It is an ancient role, established by Pope Paul IV in the middle of the 16th century. The job is reserved for a member of the Franciscan Order of Capuchin Friars Minor. The apostolic preacher, as he also is called, gives meditations — especially during Advent and Lent — for the pope, cardinals, bishops and leaders of religious orders…

Unrepentant Williamson is “Embarrassment for the Catholic Church”

Bishop Williamson arriving in London in 2009 with police escort

Editor’s Note: There are several outright lies in this article from Der Spiegel (below). Bishop Williamson is not ill. He does not employ Orwellian “Holocaust” Newspeak and therefore does not “deny the Holocaust,” but rather the homicidal gas chamber allegation and the Kabbalistic casualty figure of six million. He did not, in Quebec (or anywhere else), call Auschwitz itself an invention, and he did not give the recent interview to French television in a room at SSPX headquarters in London.

Nevertheless, we are circulating this report because Der Spiegel is Germany’s mass market magazine and Bishop Williamson goes on trial (presumably in absentia) in Germany in April for his thought crimes. Consequently, it is important to assess what the Zionist-German media are telling the masses.

In the eyes of millions of people around the world, Bishop Williamson is an inspiring and distinguished figure, rather than an “embarrassment.” The embarrassment to Catholics is Pope Benedict XVI, who delivers soothing shibboleths to synagogue Pharisees while helping their “Shoah” theology gain firm purchase inside the Church; and certain leaders of the Society of St. Pius X (SSPX) who have betrayed Bishop Williamson, and their own founder, the late Archbishop Lefebvre, by rendering Williamson’s dissenting opinion about secular WWII history, grounds for negating the episcopal role for which Lefebvre consecrated him.

Bishop Williamson’s transgression is to have refused to propitiate the idol of “Holocaustianity,” which has surpassed Calvary in sacred status and on the scale of cosmic suffering. If he would only bow to this golden calf, he would regain his former responsibilities. Because he refuses this temptation, his usefulness to the SSPX is “lost,” according to the order’s superior.

EMBARRASSMENT FOR THE CATHOLIC CHURCH
Bishop Williamson Unrepentent in Holocaust Denial
By Peter Wensierski and Steffen Winter | Der Spiegel | Feb. 1, 2010

Controversial Bishop Richard Williamson continues in his denial of the Holocaust, embarrassing both the Society of St. Pius to which he belongs and the Vatican. But the SSPX is becoming increasingly powerful despite the controversy and is attracting more and more supporters.

Richard Williamson’s complaints begin when he looks out the window of his office in Saint George’s House, the London headquarters of the Society of St. Pius X (SSPX). Just past the garden, at the base of a small hill in verdant Wimbledon Park, are a pond, golf course, croquet club and, most famously, the tennis courts.

The old man at the window likes tennis, which he admiringly calls the “greatest spectacle,” a game that involves “one spirit, one will.” In tennis, he says, it’s as if two gladiators were fighting each other, “just without bloodshed.”

But Williamson would not be true to form if he didn’t smell damnation in even the noblest of spectacles. The outfits worn by female tennis players, the bishop says indignantly, “hardly reach past the middles of their thighs.” Williamson has noticed female fans wearing even shorter skirts. “Aren’t there are any men left who tell their daughters, sisters, wives or mothers that this sort of outfit is only meant for the eyes of their own husbands?”

The world has become a smaller place for the notorious bishop. Since he denied the existence of the Holocaust on television more than a year ago, causing serious problems for Pope Benedict XVI and almost triggering a revolt against Rome by the Catholic faithful, the ultra-conservative SSPX has kept him in virtual quarantine at its Wimbledon headquarters. Bishop Bernard Fellay, the superior general of the SSPX, likens Williamson to uranium: “It’s dangerous when you have it,” he says, but you can’t “simply leave it by the side of the road.”

‘A Huge Lie’
Fellay knows what he is talking about. Williamson has no intention of revising his views on the gas chambers. When Nazi hunter Beate Klarsfeld sent him a book about the history of the Holocaust last year, he set it aside, unread. “The fact is that the 6 million people who were supposedly gassed represent a huge lie,” he wrote recently to his fellow members of the SSPX, noting that “a completely new world order was built” on this “fact.” The Jews, he added, “became ersatz saviors thanks to the concentration camps.”

Williamson, after refusing to pay a fine of €12,000 ($16,800), faces charges of inciting racial hatred in a trial in the southern German city of Regensburg set to begin on April 16. Although it is unclear whether he will appear at the trial in person, the bishop has already assembled a legal team that includes German lawyer Matthias Lossmann and the British attorney who once represented former Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet in his fight against extradition.

Both the obstinate bishop’s refusal to abandon his preposterous Holocaust theories and the trial in Regensburg are as embarrassing to the SSPX as they are to the Vatican, which is currently in direct talks with the fundamentalists. During the monthly meetings, three theologians from the SSPX sit, almost as they were participating in another Vatican council, across from three papal theologians in the Palace of the Holy Office, which is home to the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith and is adjacent to St. Peter’s Basilica. This is as close to the Vatican as it gets. Left-leaning and liberal theologians like Hans Küng have spent their lives dreaming in vain of such an encounter.

The 1962-1965 Second Vatican Council, also known as Vatican II, whose reforms helped to modernize the Catholic Church, is high up on the agenda of the members of the SSPX, who want to see it reversed as much as possible. For them, ecumenism is the stuff of the devil, the recognition of Judaism is a source of contention and the modern form of the liturgy is an impossible act of assimilation to the zeitgeist.

Their goal is to be recognized in Rome again after 22 years. The Vatican also wants to put an end to the division within the Church. But Williamson, who has been a thorn in the side of those seeking rapprochement, isn’t going away.

If a fundamentalist bishop like Williamson were to become unaffiliated, he would have the potential to divide the church once again. He could consecrate new priests at any time or establish his own, even more radical movement. This would be inconvenient for both Benedict and the SSPX, which is why Williamson is being tolerated.

‘These Men Are Rats’
Williamson’s refuge is a small guest room on Arthur Road in southern London, where he has a view of Centre Court at Wimbledon. The room is in a plain-looking, newer building, adorned only with two columns flanking the front door. A sign at the entrance to a chapel in the garden calls upon the faithful to pray during the SSPX’s upcoming “Rosary Crusade.” Father Lindström, a gaunt Swede, ensures that only the right people are allowed to visit Williamson.

The bishop has a reputation for being unpredictable. Sometimes he gives the staff instructions to tell visitors that he is not home, but on one occasion he sat down next to a Christmas tree for an interview with a video blogger. An interview with SPIEGEL, which had been scheduled for some time, happened to fall on a bad day. Williamson was only willing to appear on a stair landing, and even then, all that was visible of him were one of his arms and his hand wearing his bishop’s ring. His voice was easy to recognize, but he refused to speak directly with his interviewers, leaving Lindström to run up and down the stairs, delivering the questions and answers.

Later, Williamson decided to continue the interview with SPIEGEL by e-mail — even though he was only in the next room. The visit had made him very angry. “We are at war,” he raged, “and you are on the wrong side.” German liberal intellectuals are as distasteful to him as short skirts on the tennis court. “These men are, at least objectively, rats,” he wrote in a reference to SPIEGEL journalists.

Heresies and Errors

There is a strict regimen at the London headquarters of the Fraternitas Sacerdotalis Sancti Pii X, as the SSPX is called in Latin: wake up at 6:00 a.m., first prayers at 6:30, mass at 7:15, lunch at 12:45 p.m., rosary at 6:30, evening prayers at 9:00.

To the right of the entrance is the library, which has a separate cupboard for banned books. Guarded by two statues, one of Jesus and one of the Virgin Mary, a sign clearly identifies the dangerous publications in the cabinet as “Heresies/Errors.” On the top shelf is a book by the liberal German theologian Karl Rahner, a key influence on the Second Vatican Council, and next to it is a book that, though considered an authority by more than a billion Catholics, is far too modern for the SSPX: the “Catechism of the Catholic Church.”

Williamson lives on the second floor. This is where the bishop, who likes to perform lieder by Robert Schumann, removes his heavy bishop’s ring and plays works by German composers on the piano. “Music,” he says, “is an expression of harmony or disharmony in human souls.”

He also spends much of his time surfing the Internet, where he has loyal fans. There are 520 people registered as friends on his Facebook page, and hundreds read his columns on the Web, which he writes under the pen name “Dinoscopus” — a made-up word derived from dinosaur and episcopus (the Latin word for bishop). He cultivates his image as a reactionary and as keeper of the pure faith. Living in a large city is harmful, he recently pontificated while glancing at the tennis courts. It gets in the way of and destroys marriages, he said, turns young men into “washcloths” that are “washed out by liberalism,” so much so that “their common sense is diluted.”

Williamson is a sophisticated man who delivers powerful sermons. He is a literary scholar with a Cambridge degree who speaks perfect French, German and Spanish. He is also vain, appreciating refined manners and expensive clothes, and he forgets the world around him when he plays Beethoven. And he is someone who believes that no Jews were killed in the Third Reich’s gas chambers.

‘We Have Lost One of Our Four Bishops’

Bishop Fellay, Williamson’s superior, looks distressed as he sits in his office at Schwandegg Palace in Menzingen, Switzerland. He fervently hopes “that Williamson doesn’t explode.” The palace offers a sweeping view of Alpine foothills in the canton of Zug, where the old spa town sits atop a 900-meter (2,950-foot) mountain. The voices of oblates, devout lay women who help the priests run the household, can be heard in the hallways.

“We have lost one of our four bishops,” says Fellay. “We can’t use him for anything anymore.” He is struggling with himself and history, trying to find the right words and the appropriate amount of distance to the matter. He finds the whole thing “incredibly unpleasant,” and says that he had believed that “the bishop had understood things better in the meantime.” But unfortunately Williamson did not understand. Fellay says that his personal belief is that the Holocaust is “obviously” a fact.

But not all of his brothers are willing to agree. Shortly after the Williamson scandal broke in early 2009, an Italian priest, Father Floriano Abrahamowicz, speculated that the gas chambers may have been used merely “for disinfection,” and that Erich Priebke, a former captain in the SS who was involved in and later convicted of the shootings of hundreds of civilians in Italy, was in fact not an executioner. This too was “unpleasant” for the SSPX leadership.

On the other hand, the whole debate has had its advantages. Because of Williamson, the SSPX has acquired a level of notoriety unprecedented since its establishment in 1969 by the renegade French Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre. Ultra-conservatives have always loved the Pius Brothers, and now they are becoming heroes of the right-wing, anti-modernist movement. What should a superior general like Fellay do about this?

Appealing to Extremists
“We have an appeal for extremists, who we don’t even want,” says Fellay, for whom questions of faith are ultimately the most important issues. One of those questions of faith revolves around who should have the say in religious matters in Switzerland: the church, with its beautiful churches and bell towers, or the mosques, with their minarets? This is why Fellay has fueled the recent debate in Switzerland over banning minarets. In fact, he welcomed the debate, because, as he says, Islam is “aggressive in general.”

On the other hand, the Pius disciples are perfectly calm and understanding when it comes to the mendacious and hate-filled speech coming from their own ranks. None of Williamson’s colleagues get upset when the bishop writes disparagingly about women in his blog, calling them “less than zeroes” and insisting that they are “under the power of the man.” “He should be your master,” he writes.

The Catholic brothers in Stuttgart showed their aggressive side against gays by staging a protest against the city’s Christopher Street Day parade, which celebrates gay pride. The priests held up signs that read “Save Children from Perversion,” and one of them condemned the event as “moral pollution.” He neglected to mention his fellow SSPX member’s denial of the Holocaust.

‘Fever in the Body of the Church’

To avoid misunderstandings, the ultra-conservatives have even hired their own PR specialist, Rudolph Lobmeyr, who once worked for the Austrian national public broadcaster ORF in Vienna, to explain the benefits of the Pius campaign to the public. “Fabric-softener faith is no longer wanted,” he says. He insists that people are looking for decisive leadership and want to be able to divide the world into good and evil — just as the SSPX does when it rages against gays, women and journalists. “It’s a reflection of the desires of many people, and it’s the secret to the society’s growing popularity,” Lobmeyr says.

“We are merely the thermometer indicating the fever in the body of the church,” says SSPX leader Bishop Fellay. The society claims to have 600,000 supporters. It maintains six seminaries, 14 districts, 161 priories and 725 mass centers and is active in 1,000 locations worldwide. The society is growing in the United States, Asia and Africa.

It was this potential that the pope had in mind when he lifted the excommunications of the four SSPX bishops last year. Benedict is a traditionalist and, like the Pius Brothers, he loves the Latin mass, shares their ideas about morality and sometimes despairs of modern society, which could turn a sentence Williamson uttered on a Swedish television program into a global scandal.

Fellay reports triumphantly that the pope himself — in keeping with the SSPX’s demands — apparently no longer places communion wafers into the hands of the faithful, but directly into their mouths. For Fellay, this represents yet another success in the battle against the modern church.

Growing Congregation
It is noon in the more than 700-year-old church of Saint-Nicolas-du-Chardonnet in Paris, which has been occupied by the SSPX since 1977. All masses here are mumbled in accordance with the Latin ritual, accompanied by Gregorian chants, with the priest turning his back on the congregation — all standard practices for centuries, until the Second Vatican Council destroyed the traditions. A noticeably large number of young people are kneeling on the cold stone floor, and the air is heavy with incense smoke.

The Paris branch of the SSPX has noticed a sharp increase in church attendance since the beginning of last year. The priests have had to increase their weekly supply of communion wafers by 300 wafers, so that there will be enough to place on the tongues of the faithful. Perhaps the Holocaust scandal was responsible for the rise in attendance, or perhaps the new additions to the flock were encouraged by the pope’s lifting of the excommunication of the four bishops — or perhaps both factors played a role.

France is the society’s stronghold. It now has 100,000 supporters there, and 4,000 children attend its schools. Traditionalists see the movement as the future of Catholicism.

Strange Ideas
Niklaus Pfluger has just returned from mass at Saint-Nicolas-du-Chardonnet. In the hierarchy of the order, the Swiss priest is second only to Bishop Fellay. When Williamson shocked the church a year ago by denying the Holocaust in an interview, Fellay immediately sent Pfluger to Argentina, where Williamson was staying at the time, to stop the renegade bishop from talking to the media.

Pfluger is still puzzled about the motives of his fellow SSPX member. Sitting in the Bistrot Saint Honoré in Paris, over a plate of mussels and a glass of 2002 Ladoix 1er Cru, he attempts to piece together an explanation. Williamson, he says, happens to be a first-class provocateur and has always had strange ideas. Right away on Sept. 11, 2001, he claimed that the US government had staged the attacks on the World Trade Center in New York. He also claims that it wasn’t Japan but the White House that ordered the attack on Pearl Harbor, in an effort to draw the Americans into World War II.

During a sermon in the Canadian province of Quebec in April 1989, Williamson said that the Jews had invented Auschwitz as a way to derive certain benefits. Someone filed a criminal complaint against him, and Williamson has done his best to avoid Quebec ever since.

“He is actually an artist and not a scholar,” says Pfluger. “He gets an idea into his head, becomes fixated on it and exaggerates. But he doesn’t study the documents.” He calls Williamson a “ticking time bomb” for his organization, but he also points out that the bishop has many merits, and that he shouldn’t be “exiled to the Moon.”

Unpredictable Behavior
Pfluger is also concerned about the health of the 69-year-old bishop, who has apparently had Parkinson’s disease for several years. Could this explain his moody, unpredictable behavior? Pfluger and his fellow Pius Brothers have often been irritated by the emails they receive on a regular basis from London. In a recent email, Williamson wrote that “1.3 million deported people” were not gassed in the Treblinka, Majdanek, Belzec and Sobibor concentration camps, but were simply transported to the part of the Soviet Union that was occupied by Germany. Ridiculous rumors to the contrary, Williamson added, should be ignored.

The society is also aware of Williamson’s contacts with Ingrid Rimland, the wife of Ernst Zündel, who is currently in a German prison after having been convicted of incitement to Holocaust denial. Rimland continues to disseminate her husband’s theories.

The bishop is also in touch via email with Swiss Holocaust denier Jürgen Graf, who is being sought by German, French and Swiss authorities. Graf believes that the idea of extermination camps was a Jewish invention. He plans to publish a new book about the Sobibor extermination camp, where about 250,000 Jews were killed in the gas chambers, entitled “Sobibor. Myth and Reality.” Graf says that he hopes Williamson will “write an introduction” to his book.

The priests paid particular attention when Williamson, at the beginning of the year, described his sojourn in London as an “unplanned but pleasant sabbatical.” It sounded as if he had had enough of the tennis skirts at Wimbledon, and was ready to start speaking out in public again.

Under ‘conservative’ Pope Benedict, Revolution is now “irreversible”

Taking responsibility for Catholic-Jewish reconciliation
By Rabbi Eugene Korn

January 25, 2010 NEW YORK (JTA) — Pope Benedict XVI’s recent visit to the Great Synagogue in Rome was by far his most effective gesture to the Jewish people. After misreading his audience during his trip to Israel, Benedict spoke to Jewish hearts and minds at the Rome synagogue.

The move came none too soon. Jewish-Catholic relations have had a rocky ride under Benedict’s papacy, leaving Jews and Catholics alike to doubt the future of Catholic-Jewish relations. In July 2007, the Vatican authorized the wider use of the Tridentine Mass with its Good Friday prayer for the conversion of the Jews. In January 2009, the pope lifted the excommunication of a Holocaust-denying bishop, Richard Williamson, and three other bishops of the Society of Pope Pius X. The renegade group rejects the Second Vatican Council’s salutary changes in Catholic teaching toward Jews and Judaism, and its Web site featured repugnant anti-Semitic canards.

Last June, the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops issued a statement — later retracted — that Catholics in interfaith dialogue should evangelize to Jews and extend to them an implicit invitation to the Church. And several weeks ago, Benedict issued a decree advancing sainthood for the Holocaust-era pope, Pius XII, whose record during the Holocaust remains a legitimate historical question and is the subject of a deep emotional disagreement between some in the Vatican and Jewish leaders.

Vatican II’s official document, Nostra Aetate, proclaimed that the Church deplores all forms of anti-Semitism, that the living covenant between God and the Jewish people is irrevocable, and that the charge of deicide is utterly baseless. Yet the recent steps taken by Benedict had led some professionals in Jewish-Catholic dialogue to question whether these breathtaking teachings are still operative Catholic theology. Benedict addressed most of these concerns at the Great Synagogue. His visit affirmed — in word and in deed — that he wishes to continue the policy of warm relations with the Jewish people established by his saintly predecessor, John Paul II.

He stressed that the Second Vatican Council marked a significant and irreversible transformation in the Church’s attitude to the Jewish people and signaled the Church’s irrevocable commitment to a dialogue of brotherhood and mutual understanding with Jews. Reflecting on the terrible history of Jewish-Catholic relations that culminated in the Holocaust, Benedict repeated John Paul’s poignant prayer asking for forgiveness for Catholics who caused Jewish suffering. He also reiterated what he said at Auschwitz in 2006: Because the Jewish people remain witnesses to God’s presence and to divine revelation at Sinai, Hitler knew that to destroy God and God’s moral law, he needed to murder the Jewish people first.  This is an enormously significant theological statement, acknowledging that Jews and Judaism continue to play an essential role in the unfolding of God’s plan for humanity.

Yet serious pitfalls remain between the Church and the Jewish people. It seems that Benedict still will be forced to choose at times between appealing to arch-traditionalists among the Catholic faithful and strengthening the Church’s new relationship with the Jewish people. Moreover, pursuing Pius XII’s sainthood before the historical record is clarified is certain to cause public disagreement between the Vatican and the Jewish people, and inflict pain on Jews whose loved ones were murdered in the Holocaust.

One continuing disappointment for informed Jews and Catholics over the past 50 years has been that the wonderful teachings of Nostra Aetate and post-conciliar documents relating to Catholic-Jewish relations have not filtered down sufficiently to priests and worshipers in the pews. Too many Catholics are still unaware of the depth and beauty of Nostra Aetate. Nor are Jews as aware as they should be about post-Vatican II teachings about Judaism.

In light of Benedict’s reaffirmation of the irrevocable validity of these teachings, now would be the perfect time for the Vatican to take positive steps to permanently root the new Catholic-Jewish relationship in the minds of all Catholics. This could be done in a number of ways, such as rigorously implementing the existing mandate to teach Nostra Aetate to all Catholic worshipers and seminarians, promoting the study of Pope John Paul II’s teachings about the Jewish people and Judaism, and perhaps instituting a non-conversionary prayer for today’s Jewish people and for the Jewish state on the Feast of St. James, the patron saint of Jerusalem. Jewish leaders also must teach Jews of the significance and content of Nostra Aetate and later Vatican documents about Catholic-Jewish relations if Jews are to understand Catholics and their faith.

As Nostra Aetate teaches, Jews and Catholics share a common spiritual patrimony. Catholic-Jewish reconciliation is one of God’s great blessings, one that inspires all people around the world. Because if the Church and the Jewish people can make peace with each other after nearly 2,000 years of enmity, then peace is possible between any two peoples anywhere. It is too important for Jews, for Catholics and for the world to allow to lapse, and too important to be spoken about only on special occasions. Jews and Catholics both have responsibility to do what they can to ensure that future obstacles to mutual understanding and respect are overcome, and that the Church and the Jewish people remain living witnesses to hope for a more peaceful future for all God’s children.  (Emphasis supplied).

More on the Pope’s betrayal of the Gospel at the Rome synagogue

I have added three photos and additional data to the previous reporting on the pope’s pilgrimage to the synagogue of Rome on January 17.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN POPE BENEDICT XVI AND THE APOSTLE PAUL:
“…he powerfully refuted the Jews in public, showing by the Scriptures that the Christ was Jesus.
(Acts 18: 28)
To refute the heirs of the Pharisees now, in 2010, as Paul did in the first century A.D., is a sinful “scourge” according to the “Vicar of Christ on earth,” Benedict XVI.

The Pope with his pal, Chief Rabbi Riccardo Di Segni

Opposition to the religion of Judaism (Mark 3:6; Mark 7: 1-8;  Matthew 3:7; Matthew 5:20; Matthew 12:14 & 24; Matthew 15:1-20; Matthew 21:33-41; Matthew 22:15;  Matthew 23: 13, 15, 23, 25-27 & 29; Luke 11: 42-43;  Luke 16:14; John 9:22; John 10:31; John 11:8 & 53-54; John 18:14; John 19:7, 12, 38; Acts 12:3; Acts 13:45 & 50; Acts 14:2 & 19; Acts 17:5; Acts 20:3 & 19; Acts 21:27; Acts 23:12 & 27; Acts 25: 2, 7 & 15; Acts 26:21; 1 Corinthians 1:23; Galatians 2:13;  I Thessalonians 2:14-16;  Rev. 2:9; Rev. 3:9) is a scourge:

In his speech at the synagogue, which, according to Britain’s Catholic Herald newspaper (Jan. 22) was “loudly applauded” by the Judaics who were present, Pope Benedict apologized for the “failings of [the Church's] sons and daughters* and begged “forgiveness for all that could in any way have contributed to the scourge of anti-Semitism and anti-Judaism.”

*”…failings of [the Church's] sons and daughters” e.g. the “failings” of Jesus Christ, the Apostles, the Fathers of the early Church; St. Thomas Aquinas; St. Vincent Ferrer; St. Maximilian Kolbe etc.

THE REVOLUTIONARY OVERTHROW OF THE GOSPEL IS ACKNOWLEDGED:
Rabbi David Rosen, a key player in interreligious dialogue and a former Chief Rabbi of Ireland, explains the shift in Catholic attitudes to Judaism. He says that there “is no transformation comparable to this development of relationships between Catholics and Jews. To have seen a community first as rejected by God, belonging to the Devil and to then shift to viewing that same community as the authentic roots of Christianity; and as Pope John Paul II put it, ‘the dearly beloved elder brother of the Church of the original Covenant never broken and never to be broken’, that is a mind-boggling transformation.”
“…turning revolutionary moments into institutions
The visit to the synagogue, Rabbi Rosen says, was turning revolutionary moments into institutions. He said: By visiting the Roman synagogue Benedict XVI is making it very difficult for a subsequent pope not to pay such a visit. John Paul II’s visit could have been a one-off, but now with Benedict XVI’s visit there is a sense of continuity.

Hoffman’s essay in Italian: La Nuova Teologia Cattolica della “Shoah”

This writer’s treatise on the modern Catholic Church’s adoption of the new “Shoah” theology of Holocaustianity has been translated into Italian and published on the prestigious international revisionist website of vho.org

This translation represents considerable hard work and long hours on the part of the Italian translator, who donated his time and expertise. We are very thankful to him.

It would be helpful to the cause of truth if this writing reached influential Italians, including Italy’s journalists, cardinals and bishops.

In Rome Pope Benedict Sends Synagogue Congregants to Hell

by Michael Hoffman

Here below we publish excerpts from a transcript of the mouthful of lies Pope Benedict XVI spewed to the Khazars of Rome in their synagogue on Sunday, Jan. 17. You will note that the pope condemns as a “scourge” (torture) the “anti-Judaism” of the Christian saints (“sons and daughters” of the Church) and begs forgiveness of the Talmudists for the truths told in the past about their Pharisaic religion.

According to the pope, to expose the Talmud and the Kabbalah, upon which Judaism is predicated, constitutes a crime and a mortal sin (of torture, i.e. scourging).

Christ was scourged at the pillar and we are supposed to believe that the rabbis are scourged by telling them the truth about their Bible-nullifying oral tradition (Torah shebeal peh) and Babylonian superstitions.

The pope, who as a much ballyhooed scholar certainly knows better, nevertheless proceeds to deceive by conflating the religion of rabbinic Judaism, which destroys the word of God, with the Old Testament religion itself.

Pope Benedict goes so far as to publicly contradict Jesus Christ and demand homage to the Pharisaic traditions which led to the rabbinic nullification and falsification of the Old Testament in the Mishnah, Gemara and Midrash — calling for “a renewed respect for the Jewish interpretation of the Old Testament” (cf. Pontifical Biblical Commission, “The Jewish people and their Sacred Scriptures in the Christian Bible,” 2001, pp.12 and 55).

He quotes the Talmud, in Mishnah tractate Abot (“Avoth”) 1:2. “In the Jewish tradition there is a wonderful saying of the Fathers of Israel: “Simon the Just often said: The world is founded on three things: the Torah, worship, and acts of mercy (Avoth 1:2).” (End quote; emphasis supplied).

In this case the “Jewish tradition” is the sayings of the Pharisees as compiled in the Mishnah. Second, he refers to the authors of the Mishnah as “the Fathers of Israel,” when they are in fact the fathers of a counterfeit-Israel whose only connection to the Israel of the Bible was, at that time, racial. Benedict patently believes them to be the legitimate Fathers of true Israel. These are the Pharisees!

Pope Benedict XVI is himself an heir of these Pharisees, using his costumed role as “Vicar of Christ on earth” to seriously confuse Christians and Judaics and lead them to spiritual destruction by having them imagine that the religion of the Pharisees, Judaism, is a religion of mercy! Tell that to the Palestinians! Moreover, the Torah of Judaism is not the Old Testament, but the Torah shebeal peh of their man-made, delusional oral tradition. And their worship is not of God, but of themselves.

The pope’s idolatrous call for “respect” for the Talmud and the mountain of subsequent post-Talmudic rabbinic delusions and fantasies about the Old Testament, has been a subtlety since Vatican Council II and the debut of the conciliar document, “Nostra Aetate.”

Benedict twists the words of the Apostle Paul in Romans 9:4-5 and Romans 11:29 to promote Ku Klux Judaism and encourage its race pride and faith in a diabolical, saved-by-race false theology, which is doubly of hell when we consider that the vast majority of those who say they are Jews are not; they are, rather, descendants of the Turkic-Slavic Khazars, and in the case of the Sephardim, of the mixed multitude that is genetically indistinguishable from the Arab people. Hence, without Christ, Khazars and Sephardim posing as “Jews” and believing in a Ku Klux kind of salvation — by race — will die in their sins.

This is what their great friend, Benedict XVI, preaches unto the congregants of the synagogue at Rome — certain damnation.

We have refuted the new papal religion of Holocaustianity and its misinterpretation of St. Paul in a treatise published in Revisionist History newsletter, no. 47: The New “Shoah” Theology: Alibi for the Revolutionary Overthrow of the Gospel of Jesus Christ

We have exposed the fraudulent nature of the contemporary claim to being the direct Jewish descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in Revisionist History newsletter no. 50, They Who Say They are Jews and are Not.

Benedict XVI to the Judaics of Rome
Excerpts from the Vatican’s translation of the Pope’s address in the synagogue at Rome, January 17, 2009

The teaching of the Second Vatican Council has represented for Catholics a clear landmark to which constant reference is made in our attitude and our relations with the Jewish people, marking a new and significant stage. The Council gave a strong impetus to our irrevocable commitment to pursue the path of dialogue, fraternity and friendship, a journey which has been deepened and developed in the last forty years, through important steps and significant gestures.

Among them, I should mention once again the historic visit by my Venerable Predecessor to this Synagogue on 13 April 1986, the numerous meetings he had with Jewish representatives, both here in Rome and during his Apostolic Visits throughout the world, the Jubilee Pilgrimage which he made to the Holy Land in the year 2000, the various documents of the Holy See which, following the Second Vatican Council’s Declaration Nostra Aetate, have made helpful contributions to the increasingly close relations between Catholics and Jews. I too, in the course of my Pontificate, have wanted to demonstrate my closeness to and my affection for the people of the Covenant. I cherish in my heart each moment of the pilgrimage that I had the joy of making to the Holy Land in May of last year, along with the memories of numerous meetings with Jewish Communities and Organizations, in particular my visits to the Synagogues of Cologne and New York.

Furthermore, the Church has not failed to deplore the failings of her sons and daughters, begging forgiveness for all that could in any way have contributed to the scourge of anti-Semitism and anti-Judaism (cf. Commission for Religious Relations with the Jews, We Remember: A Reflection on the Shoah, 16 March 1998). May these wounds be healed forever! The heartfelt prayer which Pope John Paul II offered at the Western Wall on 26 March 2000 comes back to my mind, and it calls forth a profound echo in our hearts: “God of our Fathers, you chose Abraham and his descendants to bring your Name to the nations: we are deeply saddened by the behaviour of those who in the course of history have caused these children of yours to suffer, and asking your forgiveness we wish to commit ourselves to genuine brotherhood with the people of the Covenant.”

The passage of time allows us to recognize in the Twentieth Century a truly tragic period for humanity: ferocious wars that sowed destruction, death and suffering like never before; frightening ideologies, rooted in the idolatry of man, of race, and of the State, which led to brother killing brother. The singular and deeply disturbing drama of the Shoah represents, as it were, the most extreme point on the path of hatred that begins when man forgets his Creator and places himself at the centre of the universe. As I noted during my visit of 28 May 2006 to the Auschwitz Concentration camp, which is still profoundly impressed upon my memory, “the rulers of the Third Reich wanted to crush the entire Jewish people”, and, essentially, “by wiping out this people, they intended to kill the God who called Abraham, who spoke on Sinai and laid down principles to serve as a guide for mankind, principles that remain eternally valid” (Discourse at Auschwitz-Birkenau Concentration Camp: The Teachings of Pope Benedict XVI, II, 1 [2006], p.727).

Here in this place, how could we not remember the Roman Jews who were snatched from their homes, before these very walls, and who with tremendous brutality were killed at Auschwitz? How could one ever forget their faces, their names, their tears, the desperation faced by these men, women and children? The extermination of the people of the Covenant of Moses, at first announced, then systematically programmed and put into practice in Europe under the Nazi regime, on that day tragically reached as far as Rome. Unfortunately, many remained indifferent, but many, including Italian Catholics, sustained by their faith and by Christian teaching, reacted with courage, often at risk of their lives, opening their arms to assist the Jewish fugitives who were being hunted down, and earning perennial gratitude. The Apostolic See itself provided assistance, often in a hidden and discreet way. The memory of these events compels us to strengthen the bonds that unite us so that our mutual understanding, respect and acceptance may always increase.

Our closeness and spiritual fraternity find in the Holy Bible – in Hebrew Sifre Qodesh or “Book of Holiness” – their most stable and lasting foundation, which constantly reminds us of our common roots, our history and the rich spiritual patrimony that we share. It is in pondering her own mystery that the Church, the People of God of the New Covenant, discovers her own profound bond with the Jews, who were chosen by the Lord before all others to receive his word (cf. Catechism of the Catholic Church, 839).

“The Jewish faith, unlike other non-Christian religions, is already a response to God’s revelation in the Old Covenant. To the Jews ‘belong the sonship, the glory, the covenants, the giving of the law, the worship, and the promises; to them belong the patriarchs and of their race, according to the flesh is the Christ’ (Rom 9:4-5), ‘for the gifts and the call of God are irrevocable!’ (Rom 11:29)” (Ibid).

Many lessons may be learnt from our common heritage derived from the Law and the Prophets. I would like to recall some of them: first of all, the solidarity which binds the Church to the Jewish people “at the level of their spiritual identity”, which offers Christians the opportunity to promote “a renewed respect for the Jewish interpretation of the Old Testament” (cf. Pontifical Biblical Commission, The Jewish people and their Sacred Scriptures in the Christian Bible, 2001, pp.12 and 55); the centrality of the Decalogue as a common ethical message of permanent value for Israel, for the Church, for non-believers and for all of humanity; the task of preparing or ushering in the Kingdom of the Most High in the “care for creation” entrusted by God to man for him to cultivate and to care for responsibly (cf. Gen 2:15).

On this path we can walk together, aware of the differences that exist between us, but also aware of the fact that when we succeed in uniting our hearts and our hands in response to the Lord’s call, his light comes closer and shines on all the peoples of the world. The progress made in the last forty years by the International Committee for Catholic-Jewish Relations and, in more recent years, by the Mixed Commission of the Chief Rabbinate of Israel and of the Holy See, are a sign of our common will to continue an open and sincere dialogue. Tomorrow here in Rome, in fact, the Mixed Commission will hold its ninth meeting, on “Catholic and Jewish Teaching on Creation and the Environment”; we wish them a profitable dialogue on such a timely and important theme. Rome’s dictatorship of relativism amid the crisis of child molestation

Papal Princes Immune to Censure
by Jason Berry | Irish Times | Dec. 4, 2009

THE DUBLIN diocesan report spotlights the crisis tearing at the Catholic Church’s central nervous system. At issue is the Vatican’s pathological obsession with protecting guilty church officials.

Since the 1990s, the Vatican has forced at least 15 bishops and one cardinal (the late Hans Hermann Groer of Austria) to step down for sexual abuse of youngsters. The Vatican has defrocked dozens of priests but not one bishop has been so punished – they have been removed from office but not from the priesthood.

Irish-born Anthony O’Connell, who abused three seminarians, resigned as bishop of Palm Beach, Florida in spring 2002. A titular bishop still, he lives in a South Carolina monastery.

Rome’s double standard cloaks prelates guilty of covering up too. Cardinal Bernard Law, whose duplicity in Boston ignited the 2002 scandal, resigned in “disgrace”. But after 16 months in a Maryland convent, Law became pastor of a great basilica in Rome. The Vatican ignores justice to protect bishops in their role as regents to the pope.

The Roman curia’s injustice is embedded in the youth protection charter that US bishops adopted at their June 2002 convention. The charter pledged to remove any priest who abused a youth; it called for lay review boards to monitor allegations. But the Vatican insisted that bishops be removed from the scope of those boards.

In 1989, as the first wave of abuse survivors’ lawsuits hit America, the bishops sent canon lawyers to Rome, seeking permission to defrock paedophiles. Pope John Paul II said no. After years in Poland leading the opposition to communism, John Paul wanted clerics who might sin given every chance to repent. No bishop should usurp his supreme authority over canon law.

In 2002, I interviewed a Vatican canon lawyer. He explained that US bishops had failed to hold canonical trials of priests. Moreover, he said with exasperation that diocesan tribunals “violated grandly – terribly – the annulments of marriage”.

I asked what marriage annulments had to do with paedophiles? “Laxity on annulments set up a resistance to special norms [ie, laws] for paedophiles,” he simmered. “The attitude here in 1989, at the Holy See, was that you have legal provisions. Use them.”

Clergy personnel files were being disgorged in discovery proceedings as lawyers for the survivors won six-figure settlements. Subpoenas would yield documents of canonical trials. If a jury knew the bishop had convicted a priest, but Rome had yet to laicise him, imagine the impact.

The crisis grew in Ireland, Canada, Australia and America – countries that share a base in British common law which allows surgical discovery for lawyers and governments seeking documents.

Italy’s politicized legal system invests such power with magistrates who are famously uninterested in crimes of the church. The Italian press has comparatively few cases to report – hence, “an American problem.”

John Paul’s long myopia on the crisis complicates his case for sainthood. Why did the pope, so brilliant a force against Communism, stand passive before the worst Catholic scandal in centuries? Under pope John Paul, several Vatican congregations processed such complaints. It was a diffuse system, with justice an afterthought.

In 1998, Fr Marcial Maciel Degollado, founder of the Legion of Christ order, was accused of paedophilia by eight former seminarians at the tribunal of then cardinal Joseph Ratzinger’s Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith.

Pope John Paul revered Maciel and the ultra-orthodox legionaries. So did Cardinal Angelo Sodano, the secretary of state.

Scion of a wealthy Mexican family, Maciel built a basilica in Rome while wooing Vatican officials with money, wines, lavish gifts (a new car for one lucky prelate), cementing a power base in Rome. Cardinal Sodano pressured cardinal Ratzinger to halt the Maciel case. The legion website mounted an attack on Maciel’s accusers.

That caused Dublin native Paul Lennon, an ex-legion priest and therapist in Alexandria, Virginia, to launch Regain, a website showing how Maciel’s psychological tyranny shaped the legion, whose priests abused young men at the order’s novitiates in Dublin and Ontaneda, Spain. In 2001, cardinal Ratzinger persuaded the pope to give his office central authority for handling paedophiles.

When the Boston scandal erupted in 2002, Pope John Paul called clergy abuse “an appalling sin,” yet he absolved bishops for “lack of knowledge” and scorned “the advice of the clinical experts”.

In late 2004, with the pope dying, Cardinal Ratzinger ordered an investigation of Maciel. In May 2006, as Pope Benedict XVI, Ratzinger dismissed Maciel from active ministry after at least 30 men testified to their abuse.

The Vatican communiqué ordered Maciel to “a life of prayer and penitence” while praising the legion. The legionaries’ statement compared Maciel to Jesus, accepting his new cross in “tranquility of conscience.” Nothing was admitted.

Maciel, the greatest fundraiser of the modern church, oversaw a $650 million budget. When he died last year, the legion announced that he went to heaven. There was not a word from the Vatican.

In February, the legion revealed that Maciel had a grown daughter out of wedlock. Journalists in Spain and Mexico have since reported Maciel had six children by two women. A Mexican attorney has demanded compensation for Maciel’s progeny, arguing that legion officials have long known of Maciel’s double life. How could they not?

The Vatican is now investigating the legion. If Pope Benedict fails to deal with this organization, his papacy will go down as a “dictatorship of relativism” for its own betrayal of justice.

Hoffman’s Afterword: When Pope Benedict XVI visited the USA and offered Mass and a sermon at the Catholic University of America, Cardinal Roger Mahony, the criminal facilitator of child molestation in California, was seated in a place of public honor, at the front of the ecclesiastics in the pews, for the television cameras and all the world to see how he had been glorified by being seated at the head. More ominously, this cardinal remains in ecclesiastical power. Cardinal Mahony will be out of power only when he reaches retirement age. This was and is true of other notorious child molestation facilitators such as Bishop William Skylstad, Bishop Michael Driscoll, Cardinal John Krol and Cardinal Anthony Bevilacqua. Moreover, after the death of Pope John Paul II, Cardinal Bernard Law was afforded the signal honor of leading one of the prestigious memorial masses in honor of “John Paul the Great.” By their fruits ye shall know them.

McGillicuddy:
I have been a “lapsed” Catholic for about 25 years, long before these evils came to light. The reason was then, now reinforced, that I couldn’t reconcile the riches, the splendor and the total arrogance and pride which the church displays, with the message of Christ as taught to us by the same church. It comes as no surprise whatsoever to see that they are the “whited sepulchres” of Christ’s parable. They are the worst hypocrites to have been unmasked in modern times.  I haven’t contributed to that organization before and I certainly won’t ever in the future.  Having said all that, I do sympathize with the good decent Christians who, at least up to now, have been loyal Catholics. Their sense of absolute betrayal must be heart breaking and they must be trying to come to terms with the difference between Christ’s teaching and their church. The total lack of response from the Vatican is only typical of the arrogance and sense of importance…The only way it will be made to change is for it’s members to …cut off supporting it financially.

Joe Duffy:
As a person I am very proud that I left the Catholic Church years ago and that I am a convinced Atheist. I too was abused by a priest in the 1950s in Ireland.

Chris:
…everyone should remember that these paragons of virtue had no problem denouncing single mothers from the pulpit and shaming them locally…equally they had no problem denying these women or still-born “illegitimate” babies a grave in “hallowed ground.” Unmarked graves was the norm for healthy women who had consensual sexual relations with a man. Imagine, no problem to condemn normality but the utmost difficulty to stop marauding predatory priests from attacking children. We need to keep the horror of that before us all the time – this was the systemic rape, sodomy and in some cases the sadistic sexual torture of children – innocents who had their bodies ripped apart by adult males, many of whom may have been sexually preyed on by other priests in seminaries or in schools. It is just horrific, and the cover-up is obscene…Expose them all. Bring them squirming into the light and then throw them with a milestone around their necks into the sea, figuratively and biblically speaking.

Robert Browne:
Some advice to the church from a sinner, go back and celebrate the life of the humble Nazarene. We were told growing up, that it was easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than a rich man to get into heaven. How difficult then is it going to be for a paedophile to get into the kingdom of God?
